We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will help clients plan and book travel arrangements while delivering excellent customer service and professional travel advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages
- Corporate Travel
- Provide guidance on travel requirements such as visas, insurance, and travel regulations.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries according to client preferences and budgets.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, or schedule changes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism industry is an advantage.
- Experience 1-7 Years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- GDS Amadeus experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- IATA certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
