Sales representative

You will win new clients, manage existing accounts, and promote our logistics services to businesses and

importers in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients such as importers, traders, and businesses that ship

goods.

• Present and sell our freight and logistics services.

• Prepare quotations and keep in touch with prospects until deals close.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Meet monthly sales targets.

• Keep records of leads, sales activity, and client feedback.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery.

• Conduct daily field visits to key markets and commercial centers to engage prospective clients and present our air and sea freight forwarding services.

• Submit a daily field report containing details of 10 new prospective clients, including their business activity, contact details (WhatsApp), logistics requirements, and current or previous logistics service providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree/HND in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• Proven marketing or business development experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability.

• Strong dedication and team spirit, with a commitment to contributing to the company's growth and success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience with a logistics, freight, or shipping company.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of the Ghana market and import and export processes.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Comfortable using digital tools for communication and reporting.
