Plan International is seeking a Safeguarding and Child Protection Specialist to support children's rights and protect vulnerable children. The role focuses on addressing issues such as poverty, violence, exclusion, and discrimination, particularly affecting girls. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with child protection standards.
- Providing training and support to staff on safeguarding practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote children's rights.
- Monitoring and evaluating safeguarding initiatives.
This position is based in Accra and aims to empower children from birth until they reach adulthood.
