The scope of the individual's responsibilities:
1. Build and develop the organization's training systems. 2. Develop relevant training materials for sales agents and managers
3. Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions
4. Work closely with relevant departments to align training with business goals
5. Train individuals on updated policies and compliance requirements
6. Monitor performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success
The individual must have a proven track record of improving performance efficiency among his/her trainees
A minimum of two years in training role
ability to create engaging learning experiences
Proven leadership/human management skills
Ability to communicate in various local dialects
A Proactive Approach to Work
Ability to Communicate Skillfully
A methodical approach and problem-solving skills
