Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is presentable, persuasive, and has a genuine interest in jewelry and luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Present, promote, and sell jewelry products to meet sales targets.

• Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, pricing, and care instructions.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewelry items in-store.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Keep track of inventory and report stock needs to management.

• Stay updated on new jewelry trends, collections, and promotions.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and sales records.

• Honesty and integrity, given the high value of products handled.
