Warehouse Officer - FMCG

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and organized Warehouse Officer to support the efficient management of inventory and daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring stock while ensuring accuracy and proper warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods and ensure proper documentation.

Organize and store products appropriately within the warehouse.

Pick, pack, and issue products based on approved requests.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.

Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Ensure proper arrangement and identification of products.

Support loading and offloading of goods when required.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.

Ensure proper handling and storage of FMCG products.

Assist with stock-taking and month-end inventory activities.

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous warehouse experience, preferably within the FMCG industry, is an advantage.

Good inventory management and record-keeping skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse systems.

Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Candidates who live in Lashibi or surrounding areas are highly preferred.

Must be willing to work longer hours when required, particularly during month-end periods.
