Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to support the company's sales and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper reconciliation of daily sales.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer payments accurately.

Issue receipts and invoices where required.

Handle cash, mobile money, and other payment methods.

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.

Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each working day.

Identify and report discrepancies in cash or sales records.

Support the preparation of daily and periodic sales reports.

Maintain proper documentation of transactions.

Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Cashier, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.

Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

High level of accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidates who live in Lashibi or surrounding areas are highly preferred.

Must be willing to work longer hours when required, particularly during month-end periods.
