General Manager

About the Role

As General Manager, you'll wear two hats: strategic company leadership and active sales growth. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, managing staff performance, and directly driving revenue by bringing on new clients, including individuals, distributors, and institutional/office clients. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives on results and wants to grow with the company long-term. As Paws Purity is UK-established, you'll also be expected to work comfortably within the UK time zone to stay aligned with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to move the company toward its growth targets

• Drive sales strategy and actively work to bring on new clients, distributors, and institutional/office accounts

• Manage, motivate, and hold staff accountable to performance standards

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business functioning

• Report on company performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs

• Collaborate effectively with company leadership and the team across UK working hours

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior Sales Leadership role

• Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and client acquisition

• Excellent people management skills, able to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable

• Self-motivated, passionate, and results-driven, not just looking to "fill a seat"

• Comfortable and reliable working within UK time zone hours

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Interest in or experience within the water/beverage, FMCG, or distribution industry is a plus

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: GHS 10, 000/month

• Performance Bonus: Up to GHS 5, 000/month based on KPI achievement

• Total Potential Earnings: GHS 15, 000/month
