2. Early Childhood / Preschool Educators

Key Role: Nurture young learners through practical, play-based, and foundational skill development.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Basic Education.

Strong grounding in child-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies.

Mandatory Requirement: Valid NTC Professional Teaching License.

3. Primary School Class Teachers (Grades 1 – 6)

Key Role: Deliver engaging, interactive classroom instruction across primary curriculum subjects.

Diploma or Degree in Basic Education. Commitment to student-centered engagement and positive classroom management.

Mandatory Requirement: Valid NTC Professional Teaching License.

4. Junior High School (JHS) Subject Teachers

Key Role: Deliver thorough, practical, and exam-focused instruction across standard JHS disciplines (Mathematics, Science, English, Computing, Social Studies, BDT/Creative Arts, etc. ).

Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in the relevant subject area. Demonstrated teaching proficiency and student mentorship capability.

Mandatory Requirement: Valid NTC Professional Teaching License.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS Licensure:

All applicants MUST possess a valid professional teaching license issued by the National Teaching Council (NTC).
