Internal Audit Head - CPA - 7 YRS EXP

We are seeking an Internal Audit Head to lead our audit team. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and preferably hold a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee internal audit processes and ensure compliance with regulations. - Develop audit plans and strategies to assess risk and control effectiveness. - Conduct audits and prepare detailed reports on findings. - Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations. - Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. Qualifications: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
