Factory Workers

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated Factory Workers to join manufacturing and production companies in Armenia. Successful candidates will support daily production operations, product assembly, packaging, quality checks, and general factory activities.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are willing to relocate internationally and work in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate basic machinery and production equipment after appropriate training.

Assemble, sort, process, or package products according to company procedures.

Load and unload materials and finished products.

Inspect products for visible defects and quality issues.

Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.

Observe all workplace health and safety regulations.

Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors.

Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage but may not be required for entry-level positions.

Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Willingness to learn new procedures and operate equipment.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or public holidays where required.

Basic English or another relevant language may be required depending on the employer and destination country.

Working Conditions

Factory workers may work in manufacturing plants, processing facilities, warehouses attached to production sites, or other industrial environments. The role may involve prolonged standing, repetitive movements, lifting, and working in shifts.

International Relocation

Migration and relocation expenses will be borne by the applicant. Candidates should be prepared to cover applicable costs associated with their international migration, which may include visa/application fees, travel expenses, documentation, medical examinations, or other legally applicable relocation costs.
