Reporting Structure: Reporting to Plant Manager

We are currently seeking Plant / Machine Operators to join our team and help us in our mission to deliver high-quality tea products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant machinery to ensure smooth production processes

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

• Adhere to quality control standards to ensure product consistency

Qualifications:

• SHS Certifcate or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Good communication and teamwork skills
