Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to join our team. As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the company in all legal matters related to financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to financial services

• Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance issues

• Handle legal disputes and litigation related to financial services

• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admission to the state bar association

• 2+ years of experience in financial services law

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
