Reports To: Security Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are looking for dedicated individuals with strong character, integrity, and loyalty to join our team as Security Guards. In this role, you'll help ensure the safety and security of our properties, tenants, and visitors. No prior experience or security license is required—just a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol properties to ensure safety and detect suspicious activities.

• Monitor security systems and respond to any security risks or emergencies.

• Enforce property rules to maintain a safe, orderly environment.

• Assist tenants and visitors with security-related concerns.

• Document incidents and report any issues promptly.

• Support access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.

Qualifications:

• Strong character, integrity, and loyalty.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and calm under pressure.

• Attention to detail and proactive in identifying security risks.

• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

• No experience or security license required—training will be provided.
