Head of Internal Audit by BRAC

BRAC is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to oversee and enhance the internal audit function. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant subjects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the internal audit team in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls. - Develop and implement audit plans and strategies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Provide recommendations for improving processes and controls. - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management. Qualifications: - Professional Accountant designation (Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor) is preferred. - Proven experience in internal auditing or related fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
