Lab Supervisor

We are seeking a Lab Supervisor to join our team in Greater Accra. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams including Production, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure timely testing and quality support across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Coordinate testing schedules and manage laboratory resources effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and procurement activities. - Maintain accurate records of testing results and laboratory activities. - Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff. - Implement improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
