MR D.I.Y. is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for our location in Northern Mindanao.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
- Set up of gondolas.
- Oversee merchandising and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Train and supervise store staff to enhance performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
