Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor (Ayala Capitol Bacolod)

As a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor at MR D.I.Y., you will be responsible for overseeing the store's sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their performance - Implementing effective merchandising strategies - Ensuring excellent customer service - Managing inventory and stock levels - Achieving sales targets and driving store performance - Maintaining store standards and cleanliness We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
