Internal Auditor by Nestlé

Nestlé is seeking an Internal Auditor to join our team in Accra. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulations. - Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations. Qualifications: - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
