G4S Ghana is the largest Security Service Provider in Ghana delivering internationally certified services. We are seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee our HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage the business unit's screening policy. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and customer requirements in screening processes. - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations. - Oversee performance management and employee development programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. This role is based in Accra.
