M-KOPA is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager for West Africa. This role will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2019 and managing statutory filing obligations.
- Overseeing data privacy legislation across the region, in collaboration with the global privacy team.
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance issues and risks.
- Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks in the region, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
