Buying & Supplier Relations Manager by Boost Ghana

Boost Ghana is seeking a Buying & Supplier Relations Manager to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and overseeing the procurement process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products. - Collaborate with the Operations team, including Warehouse Managers and Order Fulfillment Officers, to streamline processes. - Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align procurement strategies with customer needs. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Finance team to manage budgets effectively. - Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
