Human Resources Officer by Food and Agriculture Organization

The Human Resources Officer reports to the Chief of Administration, Logistics and Operations and works closely with the Deputy Regional Director. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive HR expertise for the planning and delivery of multi-disciplinary HR programs and products. - Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Facilitate performance management processes and employee development initiatives. - Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
