Head Internal Audit (Negros Occidental)

We are seeking a Head of Internal Audit to join our team at Dempsey Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and accounting, with a focus on internal controls and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the internal audit function and develop audit plans. - Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls. - Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Prepare audit reports and present findings to management. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required. - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is highly preferred. - Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive audit experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
