About the role:
The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving profitable and sustainable sales growth across the assigned territory by leading Cluster Team Leaders (TLs), TCRs, and field sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
