Location: Bolgatanga Section/Unit: Procurement & Logistics Department: Supply Chain Management Job reports to: Senior Officer – Procurement, Expediting & Logistics Direct Reports: None As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for the company's operations. - Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs. - Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices. - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities. - Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information. - Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance and quality of goods received.
