Oxfam is seeking a MEAL & Knowledge Management Officer to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams including the Country Director and Finance and Operations Lead.
- Conducting research and advocacy to influence Ghanaian policy.
- Utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
- Engaging in popular mobilization and media outreach to support advocacy efforts.
This position is crucial for enhancing our impact and ensuring that our programs are aligned with the needs of the communities we serve.
