As a Credit and Recovery Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing credit applications and approvals.
- Overseeing recovery processes for outstanding debts.
- Collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of credit transactions.
- Developing strategies to minimize credit risk.
