The Venture operator is the Mini-Ceo of Nura bowls. You are not a coordinator, an assistant, or a task executor. You own the results. You own the customers. You own the revenue numbers.
This is a high-accountability, high-ownership role. You will be supported by the Head of Venture Platform, a small team and a full operating system but the venture performance is yours to drive.
