Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and present menu tailored to client needs, dietary requirements and event themes.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking and plating to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Interact with clients and guests to ensure saris and address any special requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cooking local and continental dishes
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
- The ideal candidate should willing to travel.
- The ideal candidate should be a resident of Nsawam and its environs.
- Candidate should have passion for experimenting with flavors
