We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Primary School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. The teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons while fostering a love of learning and helping each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupils' progress and achievement.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils.
• Promote good behaviour and positive classroom management.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support pupils' development.
• Prepare teaching materials and maintain accurate student records.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
• Encourage pupils' creativity, critical thinking, and confidence.
• Safeguard the welfare and wellbeing of all pupils in accordance with school policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification or certification.
• Previous experience teaching at the primary school level is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivates, and support young learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to child safeguarding.
