JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute Industrial Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling products and services to industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, mining, telecommunications, logistics, oil & gas, and other corporate organizations.

The successful candidate must possess an extensive network of corporate decision-makers and demonstrate the ability to generate new business opportunities, secure contracts, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

The primary objective of this role is to establish and grow the company's industrial customer portfolio by successfully onboarding a minimum of twenty (20) active corporate clients within the first six (6) months of employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

* Identify, prospect, and acquire new industrial and corporate customers.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
* Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Attend client meetings and negotiate commercial agreements.

Corporate Account Acquisition

* Secure a minimum of 20 active corporate accounts within six months.
* Develop relationships with procurement managers, operations managers, engineers, plant managers, project managers, and company executives.
* Build long-term partnerships with industrial clients.
* Maintain regular engagement with key decision-makers.

Sales & Revenue Growth

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Generate consistent revenue growth from new and existing accounts.
* Increase market penetration within targeted industries.
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Reporting & Administration

* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
* Submit weekly sales activity reports.
* Prepare monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
* Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools effectively.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

The successful candidate shall be measured against:

* Acquisition of at least 20 active corporate customers within 6 months.
* Monthly sales revenue targets.
* Number of qualified leads generated.
* Number of client meetings conducted.
* Proposal-to-contract conversion rate.
* Customer retention rate.
* Value of contracts secured.
* Collection and recovery of outstanding receivables.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in:

* Business Administration
* Sales & Marketing
* Engineering
* Procurement & Supply Chain
* Any related discipline

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 5 years proven experience in B2B sales.
* Minimum 3 years selling directly to industrial or corporate clients.
* Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proven ability to generate business from personal and professional networks.
