## Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing / Brand Promoter to join our team in Accra. The role involves promoting our products and services through direct customer engagement, field marketing activities, and distribution of promotional materials.
You will be responsible for representing the company in assigned areas, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales growth through effective field marketing efforts.
### Key Responsibilities
* Distribute flyers and promotional materials in assigned locations
* Actively promote company products and services to potential customers
* Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Support marketing campaigns and field activation activities
* Provide daily reports and feedback on field activities and customer responses
* Ensure the company’s brand image is well represented at all times
### Requirements
* Minimum SHS certificate or equivalent qualification
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, proactive, and willing to work outdoors
* Previous experience in sales or promotions is an advantage (not mandatory)
* Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
* Must be based in Accra or willing to work within Accra areas
