Job Title: Finance Officer / Supervisor

Qualification Criteria
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional Qualification: At least ICA Level 2 or equivalent
Responsibilities
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments and compliance with employment laws.
• Ensure that all statutory returns of staff are filed and paid in a timely manner every month.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Ensure all client invoices are prepared and submitted by the last day of each month.
• Ensure the general ledger is accurately maintained with all financial transactions recorded correctly.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly
• Work closely with management to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor the budget and variance analysis throughout the year
• Ensure that the company's accounting practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist the business achieve its revenue target as per assigned revenue target by management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and the company’s books.
Requirement
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have at least ICA Level 2 professional qualification.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e. g., Tally, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
