Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate car accessories
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle type
Maintain product displays and ensure the shop floor is organized and presentable
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Manage inventory, restock shelves, and monitor stock levels
Answer customer inquiries in-store and via phone
Assist with basic product demonstrations when needed
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of car accessories or strong interest in automotive products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills
