Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Support the delivery and development of an international Cambridge curriculum
Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student outcomes.
Lead staff professional development and instructional improvement initiatives.
Oversee assessment, reporting, and academic progress tracking.
Staff Management
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Student Welfare & Discipline
Maintain high standards of student behavior and wellbeing.
Address disciplinary issues and support restorative practices.
Engage with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Operations & Administration
Support the daily management of school operations and timetabling.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Assist in maintaining a safe and well-resourced learning environment.
Community Engagement
Build strong relationships with parents and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
Recognized teaching qualification and certification
Experience
Minimum of 5–10 years teaching experience
Proven leadership experience in a school setting
Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
