A reputable automobile company in Ghana is seeking a responsible and experienced License D Driver to support its operations. The ideal candidate will be tasked with driving company vehicles—including vans, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles—for delivery, transport, and general logistics purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles safely to designated locations across Ghana.
Transport vehicles to customers, licensing offices, and other company branches.
Assist in moving vehicles within the company premises (e. g., showroom, service area).
Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition and report faults immediately.
Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and transportation of staff or goods.
Maintain accurate trip records including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Adhere strictly to Ghanaian road safety rules and company policies.
Requirements
A valid Ghanaian Driving License Category D
Minimum 3 years of proven driving experience with vans or buses
Good knowledge of Accra roads and Ghana’s general road network
Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with little supervision
Excellent attitude, punctuality, and respect for deadlines
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
