Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to oversee the2
daily running of the spa, manage and support staff, maintain workplace structure, assist with social media and
digital marketing, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will be
confident managing people, upholding standards, and supporting the overall growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities
 Oversee daily spa operations & opening/closing
 Monitor schedules, appointments & cleanliness
 Supervise staff performance, attendance & conduct
 Handle onboarding, training & conflict resolution
 Ensure excellent client service & reception support
 Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & WhatsApp Business
 Support content planning & digital marketing campaigns
 Coordinate staff rotas & workplace structure
 Capture promotional & behind-the-scenes content


Essential Requirements
• Previous experience in operations, administration, team coordination, hospitality, wellness, or
management
• Basic to intermediate experience with social media management
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Whatsapp Business, and similar platforms
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and highly organized
• Confident and professional in managing staff
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Must be able to commute reliably to the Lakeside Estates / Ashale Botwe area


Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: GHS 2, 500 – GHS 3, 500 per month
• Transportation allowance provided during the trial period
• Performance-based growth opportunities available


Trial Period
Successful candidates will be required to complete a mandatory 5–7 day trial period prior to confirmation of
employment.
