Position: Mechanical/Electrical Technician (Training Provided)

Location: Greater Accra and Eastern Region

Salary: Training Salary (Ghc1200 - Ghc2000/month)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity for you! Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month training program to develop the necessary skills for the role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical/Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various electrical and mechanical assets, including:

• Generators (12KVA to 65KVA)

• Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR)

• Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)

• Power Supply Transformers & LV Lines

• Earthing Systems

• Battery Backup Systems

• Power Distribution Box, fuses, breakers, surge arresters, etc.

• Electrical & Civil components of sites (including commercial power)

• Site security and lighting systems (where applicable)

• Proper cleaning and janitorial maintenance of sites and assets

Training & Development

All selected candidates will go through a comprehensive 3-month training program to equip them with the necessary technical and safety knowledge required for the job.

Requirements

• Education: NVTI, EET, Diploma, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Technical Background: Prior experience in electrical or mechanical fields is an advantage.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Commitment: Ability to work under minimal supervision and in outdoor environments.
