Provide attentive table service, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable, seamless dining experience.
Specific requirements
• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions and take accurate orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly; check-back and clear tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and correct set-up of assigned section
• Support upselling and promotions while following service procedures
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times
Qualification & experience
• SHS certificate; hospitality/service training is an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel
• Good communication, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
