Job Summary:
The Chef/Cook will prepare and cook meals according to the hotel’s menu, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure high-quality food is served to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook local and continental dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
Check food supplies and assist with stock control.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SHS certificate or above.
Proven experience as a cook or chef is an advantage.
Good knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
