Supervise a team of security guards, ensuring deployment and adherence to security policies
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and respond to security breaches and emergencies
- Provide training and performance evaluations for security personnel
- Monitor security equipment and systems
- Investigate incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
Qualification, Required, Experience: O'Level/SSCE/DIPLOMA in a relevant field with 2-3years of security experience - Strong leadership and team management skills - Effective communication and report-writing skills - Knowledge of security equipment and systems - Familiarity with laws and regulations - Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods - Valid motor riding license
